What is "Bring Your Own SMTP"?
LoopMail doesn't send emails from our servers. You connect your own email provider (Gmail, GoDaddy, BigRock, etc.) and we send through your domain. This means better deliverability and full control over your sender reputation.
Is my SMTP password safe?
Absolutely. All SMTP credentials are encrypted using AES-256-GCM encryption before being stored. We never store passwords in plain text and never have access to read your emails.
Will my account get suspended for bulk sending?
LoopMail uses intelligent throttling — we send emails in small batches with delays between them. If bounces are detected, sending auto-pauses to protect your account. We follow best practices to prevent suspension.
Can I use Gmail with LoopMail?
